How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts on a free trial — no credit card required. You get 3 report generations or 14 calendar days, whichever comes first. Once the trial ends your account locks and you'll see an upgrade prompt. Your data is never deleted during or after the trial.
What happens when my trial ends?
When the trial limit is reached, report generation is locked and an upgrade screen is shown in its place. You can still log in, view any reports you've already generated, and download their PDFs. Choose a plan in Settings → Subscription to unlock your account.
How do I subscribe?
Go to Pricing or Settings → Subscription and click Subscribe on the Solo or Pro plan. You'll be taken to Stripe's secure hosted checkout — no payment info ever touches our servers. After payment, your account activates immediately.
What's the difference between Solo and Pro?
Solo ($39/mo) is for individual inspectors and includes unlimited report generation, all 10 standard inspection categories, and PDF export.
Pro ($59/mo) adds:

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription and click Manage Subscription. This opens Stripe's billing portal where you can cancel, update your payment method, or download invoices. All plans are month-to-month — cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How long are my reports stored?
Reports and their PDFs are stored for 1 year from the inspection date. You'll receive an email warning 30 days before a PDF is scheduled to expire. After expiry, the PDF is deleted from storage but the report data (notes, generated text) remains accessible in your dashboard. Use Settings → Data Portability to export everything as a ZIP at any time.
Can I edit a report after it's been generated?
Yes. Open the report output and use the Inspector Notes field to add corrections, clarifications, or any additional commentary. This text is included in the PDF when you download it. You can also regenerate the full report from the same field notes if the output wasn't what you expected.
What browsers are supported?
GoGoReport works on any modern desktop browser. We recommend Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for the best experience. Safari on Mac is supported. Mobile browsers work for viewing reports and dashboards but the inspection builder is designed for desktop use.
My report generation failed — what should I do?
First, try hitting Regenerate — most failures are transient timeouts from the AI service and resolve on the next attempt. If the problem persists after two tries, note your Report ID (visible in the URL bar) and email us at support@gogoreport.com. Include the Report ID and a brief description of what happened.
How do I update my inspector profile and license info?
Go to Settings → Identity for your name and Settings → Business Information for company name, address, phone, and license number. Profile changes apply to new inspections going forward — existing reports snapshot the profile data at the time they were created and are not affected.
