Does AI write the inspection report for me?
No. The inspector remains responsible for observations, findings, recommendations, and final approval. AI is a writing assistant, not an inspector.
Can AI turn rough notes into professional report text?
Yes. GoGoReport can transform short notes like "minor leak under sink. recommend plumber" into a clear written narrative suitable for a professional inspection report.
Can I edit AI-generated content?
Yes. Every narrative can be reviewed, edited, rewritten, or replaced before final delivery.
Does AI replace professional judgment?
No. GoGoReport helps with wording, structure, spelling, grammar, and clarity. Inspection decisions remain entirely with the inspector.

Yes. Completed reports use stored PDF snapshots so downloads do not need to regenerate the report.

A credit is used when a report is completed for the first time. Editing and stored PDF downloads do not consume extra credits.
