The Mold module is designed for Module A: Visual + Moisture Assessment. Its template follows visual assessment and moisture-investigation practice areas: scope, exterior and roof conditions, crawlspace/foundation, HVAC, plumbing, attic, interior, moisture observations, lab result status, and limitations. When a separate lab report exists, the inspector can enter the lab name, sample IDs, sample locations, sample type, and a short result summary. GoGoReport does not store the lab file or independently analyze lab data.
